Message	I just referenced a pic from when I put my motor together and the new dip stick tube is sitting flush with the block. I vaguely remember wrapping some pliers with tape to cover the teeth (keep it from scoring the tube) and smacked it around the collar a few times with a hammer to get it to sit flush. Hope this helps.
